Key Responsibilities:

Freight Handling:
? Manage the transfer of goods to and from incoming and outgoing trailers by utilizing suitable tools like forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyance equipment.
? Confirm the accurate management and placement of items for storage or distribution to retail establishments.
? Implement the systematization, tagging, and precise supervision of merchandise.

Inventory Management:
? Maintain precise counts, orderly arrangements, and storage of products in designated warehouse slots.
? Monitor and verify shipments, damages, and returns to ensure the correctness of inventory levels.

Safety and Compliance:
? Ensure adherence to safety regulations to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
? Comply with established guidelines for handling warehouse machinery and tools to avert incidents and preserve the condition of items stored.
? Adhere to all workplace protocols, specifically concerning the appropriate care of delicate or hazardous items.

Efficiency:
? Reach performance standards by promptly and proficiently carrying out assigned tasks.
? Participate in continuous improvement activities to streamline warehouse operations and enhance overall efficiency.

Collaboration:
? Engage in teamwork with other freight handlers, warehouse staff, and supervisors to ensure the warehouse runs seamlessly.
? Provide supervisors with updates on issues or delays that require intervention.

Required Qualifications: ? A high school diploma or a similar level of educational achievement is a must-have. ? It is helpful to have experience in warehouse or freight management, though it is not compulsory. ? Proficient operation of warehouse equipment will be attained through training. ? Careful attention to specifics and a steadfast dedication to precision. ? Possess the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds consistently and remain standing for long stretches. ? Skilled in communication and adept at collaborating within a team-centric environment.
