Requirements: ? Minimum 5-7 years in QA roles, with at least 3 years as a QA Lead in projects involving UKG WFM Pro. ? Proficiency in UKG Dataview, Reports, and Data Hub. Experience with WFM Pro modules, including Timekeeping, ESS, Attendance, and Personas, is essential. ? Hands-on experience with QA tools such as Test Assure, JIRA, Selenium, or equivalent automated test management tools. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting. ? Demonstrated ability to lead QA initiatives and manage team dynamics effectively. ? Familiarity with agile methodologies and frameworks. ? Knowledge of compliance requirements and industry standards related to HR, payroll, and workforce
