We?re looking for a flexible, adaptable, and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team. This position is vacant because our previous assistant was promoted internally.

What You?ll Do:

This is a remote-first position with occasional local tasks that require being based in the Portland Metro area (such as organizing materials, delivering supplies, or coordinating logistics). You?ll be the right-hand person to the owner, helping with a variety of administrative, operational, and research-based tasks to keep the business running smoothly.

Your work will focus on:
? Inbox and calendar management
? Scheduling and coordination
? Document creation and process improvement
? Research and outreach
? Supporting recruitment and onboarding
? Assisting with operations and marketing tasks
? Occasional Personal Task Support ? Assist with light research and personal scheduling to help the owner stay organized and maintain work-life balance.

Hours & Pay:

Potential for this to become a full-time position for the right person (starting at 30 hours per week, with potential to increase).

$19/hour with performance-based raises.
