Technology Field Support Intern

Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Technology Field Support Summer Intern to join our team for the summer. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience assisting in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment and infrastructure. This internship is ideal for individuals passionate about technology and eager to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities: ? Provide on-site support for hardware, software, and networking issues. ? Assist with the setup and configuration of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals. ? Perform routine maintenance tasks, including updates, upgrades, and equipment inspections. ? Troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed. ? Document support activities, including issue resolution steps and best practices. ? Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of user requests and incidents. ? Assist with inventory management and tracking of IT assets. ? Participate in deployment projects, such as equipment rollouts, migrations, and office relocations. ? Education Requirements: ? Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field ? Currently pursuing a degree?n a related major with a final graduation date no earlier than December 2025. ? Related Work Experience: Familiarity with working in a corporate environment

Functional Skills:
? Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
? Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
? Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed.
? Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
? Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux).
? Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
? Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL, is a plus.
? Awareness of cybersecurity best practices.

Monthly Salary:

Undergraduate: $4,506
