Job Details

We are seeking a talented and experienced Permanent Remote Tax Senior to join our Finance industry team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Tax Senior or Senior Tax Associate positions with a focus on multi-state income tax returns, sales tax, use tax, property tax returns, tax provision, and governmental regulations. This is a permanent remote position that requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
? Prepare income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts
? Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
? Prepare and review multi-state income tax returns
? Prepare and file sales tax, use tax, and property tax returns
? Assist with tax provision and year-end accruals
? Assist with general accruals and other accounting-related tasks
? Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations
? Communicate effectively with clients and team members
? Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data

Qualifications
? Minimum of 3 years of experience in Tax Senior or Senior Tax Associate positions
? Strong knowledge of multi-state income tax returns, sales tax, use tax, and property tax returns
? Experience with tax provision and year-end accruals
? Experience with governmental regulations and compliance
? Big 4 public accounting experience preferred
? CPA certification preferred
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to work independently and remotely
? Detail-oriented and organized
