Responsibilities: ? Hotel Reservations:Efficiently handle booking inquiries through phone, email, and our website, providing a fluid reservation process for our clients ? Client Relations: Keep detailed records of client preferences and requirements to make their stay as personalized and enjoyable as possible ? Vendor Coordination: Build and maintain positive relationships with hotels and other accommodation providers to obtain the best rates and accommodations for our clients ? Travel Itinerary Planning: Help in crafting detailed travel itineraries by arranging hotel stays that are in harmony with clients' broader travel plans and desires ? Special Requests Handling: Manage special requests for clients, including room upgrades, late checkouts, and organizing for special occasions, to enrich their travel experience ? Feedback and Follow-Up: Connect with clients after their travels to gather feedback and address any issues, with the goal of continuously enhancing our service quality

Requirements: ? High school diploma is required; further education in hospitality, travel, or a related field is preferred ? Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills ? Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment ? A positive, high-energy attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction ? Problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail ? Knowledge of hotel booking software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
