Job Overview

Key Responsibilities ? Account Community Management: ? Aid in managing online communities, ensuring engaging interactions and precise copywriting. ? Adhere to deadlines and anticipate team requirements. ? Monitor communications across all platforms, including weekends as necessary. ? Content Execution & Project Management: ? Learn to adjust client tone and voice through copywriting for blogs, emails, and social media. ? Participate in special client projects and campaigns by delivering timely and captivating content. ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and develop effective solutions. ? Support client relationships through meeting preparations and communication. ? Influencer & Ambassador Outreach: ? Assist in identifying and cultivating relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors. ? Additional Responsibilities: ? Ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to through efficient execution. ? Support various tasks such as project organization, packaging, and client deliverables. ? Contribute to general office duties, including the upkeep of workspace organization.
