Key Responsibilities
? Conduct client meetings at case closure to finalize necessary documentation and gather valuable feedback on their experiences.
? Actively represent our firm at various company-sponsored events, including client appreciation and community outreach activities.
? Provide support to the front office coordinator as required.
? Engage with clients on a daily basis, delivering impactful and meaningful outreach.
? Occasionally travel to remote offices to facilitate disbursal processes.
Required Skills
? A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client service roles.
? A strong commitment to community outreach and the ability to connect with diverse individuals effortlessly.
? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational and record-keeping capabilities.
? Proficient with technology and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

? Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
