**Description:**

Disney, a global leader in entertainment and innovation, is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and seamless flow of our goods and services across various segments of the company. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire lifecycle of our products, from procurement and delivery to returns and optimization.

In this role, you will work closely with multiple departments, including supply chain, operations, and finance, to ensure that all logistics activities meet Disney’s high standards of quality and efficiency. You will use your expertise to monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and implement logistical strategies that minimize costs and maximize productivity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics or supply chain management, with proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. This position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as you will be liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders globally to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute logistics for all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with company policies.

2. Maintain clear and accurate records of all inventory and shipments.

3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.

4. Collaborate with various departments to forecast demand and ensure availability of necessary products.

5. Implement continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

6. Handle customs and import/export documentation for international shipments.

7. Utilize logistics IT systems to optimize procedures and maintain visibility of all processes.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor? degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years experience in logistics or supply chain management.

3. Strong knowledge of various aspects of supply chain processes, including inventory management, procurement, and transportation.

4. Experience with logistics software or transport management systems.

5. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

6. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

7. Legal right to work in the location specified.
