About the position

As a Licensed Insurance Representative at Teleperformance, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while handling a variety of inquiries related to insurance products. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound customer inquiries, providing excellent service through active listening and effective communication. You will work with confidential customer information, treating it sensitively and ensuring that all interactions are conducted with the utmost respect for privacy. Your ability to identify customers who are comparison-shopping and assist them with the correct price plan will be essential in fostering customer loyalty and retention. Additionally, you will compassionately handle sensitive situations surrounding healthcare needs, education, and prevention planning, making a positive impact on the lives of our customers. Requirements
? 6 months Customer service experience preferred

? Over 18 years of age
,
? Ability to type 25 wpm

? High School Graduate or GED
,
? Comfort with desktop computer system

? Proven oral & written communication skills
,
? Possess a valid home state Life & Health Insurance License

? Logical problem-solving skills

? Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
