About the position
As a Licensed Insurance Representative at Teleperformance, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while handling a variety of inquiries related to insurance products. Your primary responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to customer questions, issues, and concerns, ensuring that each interaction is handled with care and professionalism. You will be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and providing solutions that meet their needs. This position requires a proactive approach, as you will aim to resolve issues on the first call by being patient, empathetic, and understanding. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound customer inquiries, providing excellent service through active listening and effective communication. You will work with confidential customer information, treating it sensitively and ensuring that all interactions are conducted with the utmost respect for privacy. Your ability to identify customers who are comparison-shopping and assist them with the correct price plan will be essential in fostering customer loyalty and retention. Additionally, you will compassionately handle sensitive situations surrounding healthcare needs, education, and prevention planning, making a positive impact on the lives of our customers. Responsibilities
? Handle and carefully respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries

? Provide excellent customer service through active listening

? Appropriately communicate with customers, exercising retention efforts if needed

? Identify customers who are comparison-shopping and inquiring about contract terms, assisting the customer with the correct price plan

? Compassionately handle sensitive situations surrounding healthcare needs, education, and prevention planning
Requirements
? 6 months Customer service experience preferred
,
? Over 18 years of age
,
? Ability to type 25 wpm
,
? High School Graduate or GED
,
? Comfort with desktop computer system
,
? Proven oral & written communication skills
,
? Possess a valid home state Life & Health Insurance License
,
? Logical problem-solving skills
,
? Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
,
? Organization and work prioritization skills
