Skills: Proficiency in using chat platforms, CRM tools, and basic computer applications. Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). Work Requirements: A reliable computer with a stable internet connection.
