Key Responsibilities

? Schedule and conduct virtual meetings via Zoom to discuss available options.

? Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
? Assist clients with reviews of their benefits, claims, and necessary modifications.
? Deliver exceptional customer service and provide administrative support.
? Proactively address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
? Ensure all client documentation is accurate, current, and submitted punctually.
