Role Overview
In This Role, You Will
Handle a high volume of customer interactions via calls, texts, emails, and web requests.
Maintain thorough knowledge of our services to effectively address customer needs.
Display a positive, friendly attitude in all interactions, aiming to resolve issues and convert dissatisfied customers into happy ones.
Suggest and implement improvements in business practices to enhance customer retention.
Maintain clear communication with management to ensure our service consistently meets customer expectations.
What We Require
At least 5 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar fast-paced environment.
Experience in general office, customer service, or sales roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent telephone etiquette.
Ability to work effectively from a remote setting.
Knowledge of pest control techniques is a plus, as is familiarity with PestRoutes and CallRail software, and understanding of service agreements and negotiation principles.
