What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Respond to inquiries and service requests from patients, employees, providers, and vendors via phone, email, and web portal
? Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction

? Work as part of a team to support service delivery teams

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School Diploma or GED
? 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, or related customer service field
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Medical/Healthcare experience is preferred
