We are seeking a visionary to spearhead our creative team, with a mission to educate and entertain about the remarkable neighborhoods and food options in New York City. Roles & Responsibilities: ? Content Strategy: Develop and execute innovative content strategies that boost engagement and subscriber growth on our long-form content. We will work collaboratively on this to start. ? Trend Spotting: Monitor competitors in the Food & Travel niche and the broader creator economy to identify emerging trends. Formulate and implement action plans to leverage these trends for audience expansion. ? Packaging Creation: Assist me with creation of compelling titles and thumbnails for our content. Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing packaging. ? YouTube Strategy: Craft and execute the overarching strategy for our diverse content, planning months ahead to ensure a consistent approach. ? Retention Assistance: Suggesting intros, hooks, and other ways to maximize audience retention. ? Analytics Review: Run A/B Tests and review older content to maximize its potential.

Ideal candidate
? Knowledgeable about long-form video production.
? Skilled in researching and generating engaging video titles and concepts.
? Background in A/B Testing Titles and Thumbnails and using that data in crafting decisions.
? Keen understanding of internet trends.
? Interest in Travel and Food content.

Job requirements
? Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in YouTube content creation.
? Audience: Experience working with creators who have over 100,000 subscribers
? Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for food and travel.
? YouTube Obsessed: Strong grasp of YouTube content and strategies.
? Initiative: You are proactive and can come up with fresh ideas.
? Committed: You are solely focused on our channel (not looking for a contracted person or freelancer).

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
