Chat/Text Crisis Specialist, 3rd shift

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Provide telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments for individuals in crisis
• Assess crisis contacts via chat/text to evaluate suicide risk and identify community resources
• Conduct follow-up calls for individuals assessed as moderate to high risk for suicide
• Maintain compliance with ethical and clinical standards as per accreditation requirements
• Participate actively in ongoing supervision, training, and team meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor?s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist
• Six months to one year of related crisis experience preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate through written, verbal, in-person, and virtual methods
• Demonstrated high-level customer service skills and professional etiquette
• Knowledge of suicide assessments and crisis intervention techniques

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience in crisis intervention or mental health support roles
