What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Lead and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain master project budgets and timelines
• Establish goals and objectives for the team and supervise project managers and CAD operators
• Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews throughout all project phases
• Supervise and manage the performance and development of team members
• Directly participate in the marketing and presentation of services to clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
• B.S. Degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in engineering/construction project accountability roles
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity
• Proven track record in managing infrastructure projects
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written

• Experience in leading, motivating, and developing project management teams
• Familiarity with government laws and regulations related to project management
• Strong technical proficiency in project management tools and software
• Background in consulting services related to tenant improvement projects
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and stakeholders
