What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, prioritizing engagement strategies based on account size and health
? Evaluate small and mid-market partnerships to enhance customer engagement and drive renewal retention
? Facilitate post-sale onboarding and licensing of schools and districts into EPS curriculum platforms
? Deliver professional development for EPS programs to support implementation and ongoing usability
? Liaise with technical support to resolve issues and ensure successful customer experiences

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Preferred Bachelor's degree
? 2-4 years of experience in supporting customer digital implementations
? Experience in customer service, sales support, or sales
? High level of comfort with technology and ability to quickly learn new software
? Ability to work effectively with remote team members

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Prior experience with CRM systems
? Ability to craft and maintain standard work documentation for processes and content standards
