Movement Experiences Intern - General Customer Service Support

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Provide support to teens, families, staff, and stakeholders through the main Customer Service inbox
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to registration platforms
• Suggest improvements to the Customer Service plan for better stakeholder support
• Conduct follow-ups with families regarding incomplete forms, travel, and payments
• Assist in ensuring accurate data in the camp documentation system

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Enrollment in a degree program at an accredited university
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate with team members across U.S. time zones
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Availability to work 15-20 hours per week

• Previous experience in customer service or related fields
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with data management or research projects
• Comfort with learning new systems and technologies
