Responsibilities:
• Devise and implement personalized education plans for an elementary caseload with diverse learning needs.
• Conduct virtual instructional sessions, creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and related service providers to ensure students' educational goals are achieved.
• Utilize cutting-edge assistive technologies and resources to enhance student engagement and success.
• Monitor student progress, assess their performance, and provide prompt feedback.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of student accomplishments and interventions.

Requirements:
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Possess a valid teaching certification for South Carolina in Special Education.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a special education setting.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
• Be comfortable using technology for instruction and communication with students and colleagues.
• Have a reliable internet connection and access to a computer with video conferencing capabilities.
• Be comfortable working as an independent contractor.
• Comfortable in a primarily case manager role
