Responsibilities:
• Provide online chat support to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product information
• Utilize innovative problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and concise communication
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
• Meet and exceed performance metrics for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or online support role
• Adaptable and resilient personality traits
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting
• High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
