Customer Service Representative
Position Overview:
Sweve Tech Limited is looking for a skilled and dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support and Communication:
? Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
? Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate solutions.
? Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while managing customer interactions.
2. Issue Resolution and Follow-Up:
? Resolve customer complaints effectively by determining the root cause and offering appropriate resolutions.
? Escalate complex issues to relevant departments while ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
? Track and document customer interactions, ensuring records are complete and up to date.
3. Product Knowledge and Assistance:
? Gain a deep understanding of Sweve Techs products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
? Guide customers through product features, usage, and maintenance, assisting with installation and troubleshooting as needed.
4. Collaboration and Reporting:
? Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Engineering, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
? Report recurring issues, customer feedback, and improvement opportunities to the Customer Service Manager.
5. Process Improvement and Best Practices:
? Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and suggest enhancements.
? Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and new products to deliver consistent and informed service.
Qualifications: ? Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher is a plus. ? Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or remote support is preferred but not required; training will be provided. ? Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills; familiarity with troubleshooting basic technical issues is a plus. ? Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; excellent problem-solving abilities; and attention to detail. ? Work Environment: Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision; a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required.
