- Build and maintain client address books, inputting and updating contact information.
- Perform personal tasks for clients such as setting reminders for important dates and managing monthly expenses.
- Conduct online research for clients and prepare data presentations efficiently.
- Provide support in preparing reports and presentations, including proofreading and editing content.
- Handle email communications, managing responses and forwarding inquiries as needed.
- Assist clients with account management and basic financial transactions, including Bitcoin transactions.
- ### Qualifications
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience with online collaboration tools and project management software.
- ### Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business administration or a related field is preferred.
