What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address their inquiries and concerns
• Calmly resolve and de-escalate customer issues as they arise
• Escalate interactions to supervisors when necessary
• Respond to requests for assistance, including payment processing
• Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
• Must be over 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
• Proven oral and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
• Strong logical problem-solving skills
• Excellent organization and work prioritization abilities
• Experience working in a remote team environment
