Job Responsibilities: ? Navigate user feedback and market research to develop features that deliver a great user experience ? Design feature systems and their engineering architecture for web, app, and front-end needs ? Take key decisions and troubleshoot difficult product problems ? Collaborate with internal teams including design, product, and engineering to enhance the UX ? Mentor other engineers and lend... valuable technical leadership in specific areas ? Analyze data and market trends to set up large, complex features for company success

Job Requirements: ? Bachelor?s/Master?s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience) ? At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a Full-Stack Engineer ? Demonstrable experience with React libraries, frameworks, and stacks ? Experience writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code ? Python or Node.Js experience would be a plus ? Excellent CS fundamentals and strong engineering skills ? Able to fix bugs, review, design, write, and test code, as well as diagnose production issues ? Ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams ? Great documentation skills and a growth mindset ? Good verbal and written English communication skills ? Undeterred under the schedule pressure ? Passionate about building well-designed software with the capacity to improve people?s lives around the world
