Skills:
• Previous call center experience (minimum of 1 year)
• Knowledge or experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry (preferred)
• Strong phone etiquette and professional demeanor
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced online environment
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound judgment
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed customer service expectations
• Proficient in computer use and typing skills (minimum 30 wpm)
