Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team at UPS in Washington, D.C. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support. The ideal candidate will be reliable, resilient, have strong people management skills, and demonstrate leadership qualities...

Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
• Assist with training new team members as needed

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in customer support
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
