  • Perform data entry and organizational tasks in HubSpot.
  • **Content and Communication:**
  • Create and post engaging content on various platforms.
  • Conduct outreach on LinkedIn to connect with new contacts.
  • **Vendor Management:**
  • Research and manage vendor relationships.
  • Assist with procurement tasks as needed.
  • **Project Assistance:**
  • Support ad-hoc projects as they arise.
  • Organize team events, client lunch-and-learns, happy hours, and golf tournaments.
  • Advocate for the company and assist with award submissions.
  • **Leadership Support:**
  • Keep leadership organized by taking notes and managing assigned tasks.
  • Facilitate clear communication within the team and with external partners.
    ### Qualifications
  • **Location:** Ideally based in the DFW area, preferably in the Central Time Zone.
  • **Experience:** Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
    ### Education Requirements
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; an associate?s or bachelor?s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
    ### Education Requirements Credential Category
  • High school diploma or equivalent; preference for relevant certifications or degrees.
    ### Experience Requirements
  • Experience working in a virtual support role or similar position is desired, ideally with a focus on administrative tasks and client interaction.
