What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Coordinate the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing data analysis
• Stay up to date on new technologies and conduct research as necessary
• Support integration of new data sources into the data warehouse
• Collaborate with departmental leaders to facilitate data-driven decisions
• Solve complex business problems with analytically derived solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or equivalent related experience
• Three to five years' experience in an analytics role at a financial institution
• Three to five years' experience in data analysis using SQL
• Three to five years' experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other functions)

• Knowledge of relational database design, querying, data modeling, and data warehouse
• Advanced data gathering and data analytic skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
