What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Communicate with hospital clientele, answering incoming calls and providing requested information
? Research and resolve problems related to testing and minor interface issues

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Associate Degree in Medical Technology
? Prior experience as a Medical Technician (MLT) strongly preferred

? Experience working in a contact center or call center environment
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

? Experience with Information Systems
? Prior healthcare experience in a physician's office or hospital setting
