Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with product inquiries, technical issues, and order processing
• Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions in a timely manner
• Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
