- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to Leave and Disability
- Resolve inquiries through phone, chat, and email, ensuring a high level of customer service
- Utilize documentation and resources to address employee questions and expedite processes
- Adjust case management plans based on individual employee needs and situations
- Collaborate with partner teams to update and improve policies and procedures
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong customer service and support experience
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to conduct research to find answers and information
- High judgment and critical thinking skills for analyzing leave and accommodation requests
- Must have a dedicated workspace at home to perform job responsibilities effectively
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in HR or related fields
- Familiarity with leave and disability policies
- Experience in a remote work environment
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills
