What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Develop and implement selling strategies to grow and maintain an active customer account base
? Solicit automotive-related products across various car lines to convert leads into long-term clients
? Utilize CRM tools and data analysis to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
? Document all account activities and maintain knowledge of local markets and product developments
? Prepare yearly budgets for assigned accounts, including new customer development plans

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience in the automotive aftermarket industry
? Extensive knowledge of automotive parts, with import knowledge being a plus
? Strong telemarketing or customer service skills related to new account solicitation
? Proficiency in using technology tools for customer management, including CRM systems
? Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Completion of a college course of study preferred
? Bilingual skills preferred
? Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
