About Position:

At the core of a USPS Mail Processing Assistant's job lies the task of ensuring that customer?s mails are delivered promptly and accurately. To accomplish this objective, the assistant performs various responsibilities including selling stamps, receiving incoming mail, sorting out letters for distribution, and managing mail hold requests. Additionally, the assistant serves as an in-house information source for customers in need of guidance regarding Postal Service processes.
