What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Respond to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues and service questions
? Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager as necessary
? Build relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
? Provide accurate and concise responses to customer inquiries and requests
? Offer administrative support to the customer service team and assist with overflow work as needed

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Experience in customer service
? Strong telephone etiquette
? Familiarity with CRM tools
? Excellent communication skills
