Aetna is seeking a motivated and passionate Customer Service Officer to join our team in San Diego, California. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• High school diploma or equivalent
