What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
? Must be over 18 years of age
? High school diploma or GED required
? Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
? Proven oral and written communication skills

? Familiarity with Windows operating systems
