This is a remote part-time position, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer service experience through online chat interactions. ### Key Responsibilities

  • **Customer Engagement:** Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a positive customer experience. Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution.
  • **Technical Assistance:** Provide basic troubleshooting support for clients in relation to our services and products. Stay updated on all processes, policies, and products offered by CBRE Group.
  • **Personalized Communication:** Use strong persuasive skills to effectively communicate solutions and encourage customer engagement with our services. Maintain a friendly and professional tone, adapting to different customer personalities.
  • **Collaboration and Reporting:** Work closely with the customer service team and other departments to relay customer feedback and enhance service offerings. Document interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • **Continuous Improvement:** Engage in ongoing training and professional development to improve personal and team performance. Contribute ideas for improving chat processes and explore innovative ways to enhance the customer experience.
  • **Performance Metrics:** Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, customer satisfaction ratings, and chat resolution rates.
  • **Ad Hoc Projects:** Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned by management to support team objectives.
    ### Requirements? *Education & Experience:**
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate?s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support role.
  • ? *Technical Skills:**
  • Proficiency in using chat support software, CRM systems, and basic troubleshooting technologies.
  • Strong typing skills with speed and accuracy.
