The Role

You Will Be Responsible For
? The Accounts Receivable Specialist manages the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment collection, and accurate reconciliation of accounts.
? The role involves preparing and sending invoices, managing tax documentation, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
? The specialist also handles customer inquiries, supports annual audits, and suggests improvements to AR systems.
? This position plays a crucial role in supporting the finance and accounting department.
? This role is designed for someone who is detail-oriented, communicative, and eager to contribute to both the company's financial stability and its broader mission of sustainability and growth.

Ideal Profile
? Bachelor?s degree in accounting.
? Understanding of accrual accounting.
? Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office (including intermediate Excel skills).
? At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
? High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
? Experience in construction accounting (preferred).
? Work experience in companies with 60+ employees (preferred).
? Eagerness to learn, adapt, and seek improvement opportunities (preferred).
