### Job Description:
Synnex is seeking a motivated and resourceful Live Chat Assistant to join our dynamic customer support team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience by providing timely and effective support through live chat channels. This part-time position calls for a skilled individual with a strong customer service orientation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment surrounded by innovative thinkers.
### Key Responsibilities:
- **Customer Engagement**: Respond to customer inquiries via live chat promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Synnex products and services to provide accurate information and best solutions to customer queries.
- **Issue Resolution**: Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, making informed decisions to resolve concerns efficiently and effectively.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure the seamless handling of customer inquiries and feedback.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions for reporting and quality assurance purposes.
- **Feedback Loop**: Gather customer feedback and relay insights to management for continuous improvement in processes and product offerings.
- **Team Participation**: Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance service delivery and team performance.
- **Quality Assurance**: Adhere to company policies and procedures, while promoting a positive work environment through teamwork and collaborative initiatives.
### Requirements:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in live chat support or related roles.
- **Education**: High school diploma or GED; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient with computers and various software applications, including CRM systems and live chat tools.
