Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently and to their satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and issue resolution
- Provide clients with product and service information
- Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary
- Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service

Educational Qualifications:
