Service Lifecycle Management Product Manager
Job Description Summary
As the Service Lifecycle Management Product Manager, you will lead the creation of the service channel selling upgrades and life cycle solutions to our USCAN customers. These solutions will include (but not limited to) equipment upgrades, software upgrades, and digital solutions. Lead process to identify the target opportunities in partnership with the product teams to... maximize business outcome. The role holder will be accountable to activate the process in the regions and accelerate the growth of this segment and not be limited to offering creation.
Job Description
Responsibilities
? Partner with the Product teams to establish a clear process to segment the market and the opportunities for the various channels.
? Develop and activate life cycle offerings that would be sold through the various service channels in USCAN including (but not limited to)Inside Sales, Field Sales, and Field Operations.
? Develop and implement a data-based strategy that systemically identify opportunities for life cycle sales.
? Be Accountable for the highly accelerated growth of this segment.
? Coach and mentor the regional service sales team to a better understanding of our life cycle offerings and their value proportion.
? Partner with the Service Market Managers to activate the new offerings in the regions.
? Partner with the USCAN marketing team to gain valuable customer insights driving life cycle solution creation.
? Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in the USCAN market.
Qualifications
? Bachelor?s Degree in business, science, engineering, technology or related discipline and strong operational, commercial, finance, product leadership experience (or equivalent experience).
? Experience in offering creation and product management.
? Demonstrated experience developing market backed solutions and leading teams in deploying them.
? Experience in equipment selling and understanding of the equipment selling processes.
? Ability to translate strategy into business objectives.
? Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamics environment, while maintaining a forward thinking and customer-first attitude.
? Demonstrated tendency to challenge the status quo and drive continuous process improvement through problem solving and lean mindset.
? Demonstrated strong support of Inclusion and Diversity principle

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $150,960.00-$226,440.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
