Responsibilities
? Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries
? Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability and customer specifications
? Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves
? Follow-up with customers both during and after their move to ensure satisfaction
? Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues
? Prepare move-related paperwork and documents
? All other duties as assigned

Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent
? A minimum of 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience required
? Excellent customer service skills; friendly, positive voice, enjoys talking with others and assisting with their needs
? Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
? Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
? Exceptional organization and time management skills
? Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
? Basic computer and keyboarding skills
? Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to our company Core Values

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $25.90 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
