We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join Aetna remote team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Key Responsibilities: ? Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. ? Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. ?...
