Job Summary

Job Description

As a Delta Live Chat Agent, you will interact with customers via our online chat platform, assisting them with inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, changes, and other travel-related questions. You will ensure that customers receive timely and accurate information, helping to enhance their travel experience with Delta Airlines.

Responsibilities
? Provide real-time support to customers via live chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
? Assist with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and other travel-related services.
? Maintain a high level of professionalism while adhering to Delta?s customer service standards.
? Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
? Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
? Stay informed about Delta?s policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information.
? Handle escalated issues with tact and professionalism.

Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor?s degree preferred.
? Previous experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in the travel industry.
? Excellent written communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
? Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
? Proficient in using computers and various software applications.
? Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
? Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Educational Qualifications
