    Job Description:Booking.com is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Chicago, Illinois.   • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with any inquiries or issues they may have regarding their bookings
  • Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers and finding solutions to their problems
  • Manage customer complaints and ensure a timely resolution
  • Utilize Booking.com's systems and tools to navigate through booking information and provide accurate information to customers
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed performance goals set by the company
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to ensure accurate information is provided to customers
  • Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and ability to navigate through multiple systems
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
