Responsibilities
? Customer Service : Provide excellent service to clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
? Sales : Promote and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
? Policy Management : Process policy changes, updates, and renewals, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
? Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.

Requirements
? Previous Experience : Prior experience in customer service or insurance industry is preferred.
? Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
? Customer-Focused : A passion for providing exceptional service and meeting customer needs.
