Job Description

As an Onboard Flight Attendant with Delta Airlines, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our passengers. You will ensure safety protocols are followed, attend to passenger needs, and create a comfortable atmosphere throughout the flight. Responsibilities

– Conduct pre-flight safety checks and briefings

– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures

– Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning

– Provide excellent customer service throughout the flight

– Serve food and beverages in accordance with company policies

– Address passenger inquiries and resolve issues promptly

– Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment

Requirements

– Must be at least 21 years old

– High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

– Valid passport and ability to travel internationally

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure

– Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset

Educational Qualifications

– High School Diploma or GED required

– Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel, or related field preferred

Experience

– Previous customer service experience is highly desirable

– Experience in a role requiring teamwork and communication skills is a plus
