Job Description
Amazon Inc. is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Consumer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Washington State. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and will have the ability to handle various customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in using computers and customer service software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to higher authorities if necessary
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Educational Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. A college degree in a related field is a plus.
Experience
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not necessary as we provide comprehensive training.
